• The item will be shipped within 7-10  days from the date of placing the order, subject to availability.

• All items are dispatched by reputed courier/transport companies or Indian/International Postal Services. You will be able to track your order using the option available on the website using the Tracking ID provided by us.

• In case of a difference in the buyer and the consignee address, the same should be stated at the time of placing the order. Any changes in the address after placing the order are not possible. 

• We usually take orders only for in-stock items. However, if the product is out of stock due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances, the same shall be informed to the customer once the order has been placed. The customer can cancel their order in such a situation and payment if already made will be refunded. The customer cannot legally hold us  responsible in any manner for order cancellation in such a situation. In any circumstances, the refund value shall not exceed the payment made against the placed order.
