A) How can I return or exchange a product and in how much time?

Return or exchange can be initiated within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our returns and exchange policy. To initiate a return or exchange, connect with us.

B) How many times can I exchange a product?

Exchange is valid for one time with a different size of the same article only. Once an exchange has been processed, the transaction will be considered final. If the product has been delivered wrongly by us, we will exchange it even if it exceeds the “one exchange only” policy.

C) Who pays for the return/exchange shipping?

Return and exchange shipping is free to the customer.

D) Exchange Terms & Conditions

• All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
• All items should be free of make-up or tan marks.
• Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
• We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.
• Customized orders and products with Monograms will not qualify for returns & refunds.
• Products bought on sale are not eligible for exchanges.

E) Exchange Process

• Our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information once you have initiated an exchange.
• The delivery boy will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of the exchange request. Maximum attempts of pick-up will be two. Please ensure that there is someone at home or office to hand over the exchange.
• Once the product is received, it will be inspected to ensure that all the conditions mentioned under section D are covered.
• The exchange can only be processed once.
• On successful inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 7 business days.
